Our Treasure in Jesus

God, we love you! As your Church help us do what it takes to let the people of Tunisia grasp the Good News that Jesus offered a path to greatness in the Kingdom that anyone could choose to follow! (Matthew 18:4)

Pray for a Tunisian Believer

N is a 22 year old woman. She has lived a very isolated life. Since being baptized into Christ, she has experienced extreme spiritual warfare in her home where she lives with her family. Pray that her faith would continue to grow and that the transformation she experiences by God’s Spirit would draw her family members to want to know about her new life in Christ.

Prayer for Boldness

“In days to come Jacob shall take root, Israel shall blossom and put forth shoots and fill the whole world with fruit.” (Isaiah 27:6 ESV).

Lord Jesus, would the hope of your glory and the joy of your salvation take root deeply in your church in Tunisia. And by your grace and power, would you cause spiritual fruit to blossom in this desert place, beginning a joyful harvest of souls across the nations and the ends of earth, as you have promised. (Isaiah 27:6).

Pray for a Segment of Society

Journalists Hejar took great pride in her professional cultural documentaries, whether a trip out of the bustling capital city to interview nomads or her creative work on painting projects with blind children, her desire to truly understand another’s worldview was both genuine and refreshing. No amount of government corruption or infiltration could deter her, even though her personal life was a wreck and she recently added single parenting to the list of suboptimal scenarios filling her life. A new family in her neighbourhood was Christian and she was comfortable in their home. After pouring out her heart on one visit, the Christian lady asked to pray to her right then and there. (No mosques? No prayer carpet facing Mecca?) She finished with an amen and a big hug. Immediately Hejar is taken back 12 years ago to when she had a dream of Jesus the Messiah hugging her exactly like that! Pray for Hejar and journalists across this land—for their insatiable curiosity to lead them unrelenting on a path to find Truth.
