“From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised! The Lord is high above all Tunisians nations, and his glory above the heavens!” (Psalm 113:3-4)
(The Parable of the Net) “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was thrown into the sea and gathered fish of every kind.” (Matthew 13:47-50) Many Tunisians of every kind be brought in Your glorious Kingdom, even this month. We pray for wealthy and poor, educated and uneducated, religious and secular, young and old to be among the ’good fish’ at the end of the age.
Paul reasoned daily in the hall of Tyrannnus and we’re told “this continued for two years, so that all the residents of Asia heard the word of the Lord, both Jews and Greeks.” (Acts 19:10) Empower believers in Tunis to boldly, faithfully, and consistently proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom so that all the residents of Tunis would hear the word of the Lord and have an opportunity to respond to it.
“By faith Moses, when he was grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, choosing rather to be mistreated with the people of God than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin.” (Hebrews 11:24-25) Lord, give all believers in Tunis an eternal perspective to find pleasure in You more than in the fleeting pleasures of sin. As they do, may it be a powerful testimony to onlooking family and friends.
Lord, we pray for believers in Tunis to not only esteem knowing but also doing. https://zume.training/faithfulness-is-better-than-knowledge/
